Julie Cole, MS, RDN, LDN, CEDRD is a registered dietitian who offers practical and sensible nutrition advice. Through her years of nutrition education, she has developed a passion for helping others build self esteem and a healthy relationship with food. Julie is committed to delivering health education through an evidence-informed, weight-neutral, social justice lens and to promoting positive and inclusive messages.
